Eligibility for membership includes: 

• Active Duty Armed Forces; National Guard and Reserves; Homeland Security and Coast Guard; Department of Defense Contractors; First Responders including police, firefighters, and EMTs; Postal Personnel; Federal, state, and local government employees; and spouses of the above.

• Ages 1-64

• US Citizen

• Your dependent children are eligible for coverage through a separate certificate (ages 1 - 17) or through a Rider (under age 21, 23 if a full-time student). Please see the 5Star Group Level Term Coverage page for more information on children's coverage.
