Children's Smart Start is term insurance for your children or grandchildren, available in two coverage amounts for a low one-time payment:
- $10,000 of coverage for $150
- $15,000 of coverage for $225
Children's Smart Start Individual Single-Premium Life Insurance Coverage Key Features:
- Children ages 14 days to 18 years are eligible.
- Single premium provides coverage through age 25.
- At age 25, the insured is eligible for a one-time guaranteed purchase option of whole life insurance for up to 5 times the original face value ($50,000 for the $10,000 term policy or $75,000 for the $15,000 term policy).
- No medical exam is required to apply for Smart Start. Instead, acceptance is based on answers to three health questions on the application.
- Pay a one-time premium by credit card or personal check.
