You are eligible to apply if you are an individual affiliated with a federal, state or local Law Enforcement agency who is under age 60 and over age 18 and is:

• an active or retired and eligible for benefits official;
• a current or retired employee with benefits;
• a contractor providing services to the law enforcement agency; or
• a spouse or dependent of the above.

You and your spouse can apply for $50,000 or $100,000 of group life insurance and be approved within minutes. Or you can apply up to $250,000 through our standard method.
