Term Coverage and Contributions
5Star Level Term is available from $50,000-$400,000 in $50,000
increments. Continuing coverage is available through age 70 providing
all contributions are paid.

rates and mortality experience.
Children’s Coverage
Your dependent children are eligible for coverage through a separate Certificate or through a Rider on your Certificate.
Separate Certificate
You may apply for a separate Certificate of $50,000 for each dependent child (ages 1-17) for a monthly contribution of $4. This coverage may be increased at age 18 and will continue to age 70 provided contributions are continuously paid.
Rider
You may apply for coverage for your dependent children under age 21 (23 if a full-time student) as a Rider on your Certificate. The maximum amount of coverage is $25,000 per child. All eligible children are covered under one contribution. Statement of Health questions must be answered for each child. Children ages 15 days to 6 months are eligible for $1,000 to $5,000 of coverage for $1 per $1,000 per month. Ages 6 months to 21 years (23 if a full-time student) are eligible for $5,000 to $25,000 for $1 per $5,000 of coverage per month.
