Term Medical Requirements
Applicants may be required to undergo a medical evaluation
by an authorized paramedic or examiner. In most cases this
will be accomplished in the privacy of your own home or office.
A paramedic examiner will contact you for an appointment for
the necessary tests and/or exams. Paramedical exams, when required,
will be arranged and paid for by AFBA.

Total coverage amount of $250,000 for all applicants ages 18-39. Coverage placement
will be based on the completed enrollment form and SOH only. There will be no
paramedical exam required for applicants in this age group.
