Select Term Coverage
Select Term is available from $100,000-$500,000. Group insurance
coverage is available in $50,000 increments. Individual coverage
is available in $1,000 increments. Note: $250,000 of coverage
for deployable DOD contractors.
Pricing Class
There are four pricing classes available: Ultra-Preferred, Preferred,
Standard Non-Tobacco User, and Tobacco-User.
