COVID-19 Update – Full Support of Members Continues

We hope this message finds you and your loved ones safe and sound amidst the coronavirus outbreak. Since March 17, we’ve had the majority of our employees working from home to ensure social distancing. We will continue the remote work policy until government entities and circumstances permit us to return.

Our unwavering commitment to fulfilling our mission – to serve those who serve this great nation – has continued uninterrupted thanks to the exceptional efforts of our employees. We are here to help!

  • Sign on to the Member Portal make a payment, update your beneficiary, change your address, and take advantage of other self-service functions. It's available 24/7 and easy to use! (The portal is currently not available to National Guard or New York members.)

  • You can reach our customer service team by emailing or calling 1-800-776-2322 Monday – Friday 8 AM – 6 PM EST.

  • Since March 17, our dedicated customer service team members have answered more than 3,100 calls, and we’ve had more than 7,000 logins to the Member Portal. We have received more than 100 new claims and paid out $3.1 million in death benefits.
