Sign on to the Member Portal make a payment, update your beneficiary, change your address, and take advantage of other self-service functions. It's available 24/7 and easy to use! (The portal is currently not available to National Guard or New York members.)

- Since March 17, our dedicated customer service team members have answered more than 3,100 calls, and we’ve had more than 7,000 logins to the Member Portal. We have received more than 100 new claims and paid out $3.1 million in death benefits.
