Greetings! Finding a job is often the most stressful aspect of returning to civilian life after service. However, there are plenty of resources for veterans to use that will aid them in their job search.

Hire Heroes USA is one of these resources. This organization has offices all across the country and has a reputation for finding jobs for over 50 veterans a day. They train former servicemembers in skills marketing and assist them with their job search. Learn more about this program and all it has to offer job-seeking veterans by visiting HireHeroesUSA.org.

Veterans’ Employment and Training Service is another program designed to help veterans find jobs. As a division of the U.S. Department of Labor, the main mission of this organization is to equip veterans with the skills and knowledge to successfully navigate the work force. VETS also defends the workplace rights of veterans and encourages businesses to hire former military servicemembers. To learn more about this program, go to www.DOL.gov/VETS.
