Protection your family can trust
Working as a police/corrections officer, firefighter, or emergency medical technician you’re there for your community as well as your family. The Armed Forces Benefit Association (AFBA) is proud to offer first responder products to help secure your family’s financial future.
First Responder Task Force
Over a decade ago, the First Responder Task Force was created to serve as the distribution channel ensuring first responders have access to AFBA’s life insurance member benefits. The strength of our partnership comes from our joint unwavering commitment to provide peace, certainty, and security to those who deserve it most. Having served more than 7,000 agencies, they are our “boots on the ground” and have the credibility and expertise to represent AFBA and do right by you and the first responders you lead.

Born in the Pentagon, built to serve
In 1947, AFBA emerged from the basement of the Pentagon to solve a critical need in support of the military. More than 75 years later, our commitment to those who go in harm’s way remains core to everything we do.
