If you’ve gone through any life changes recently, you moved, had a baby, got married or divorced, now is a great time to contact our office to confirm your current information and make updates like adding coverage or changing beneficiaries.
Update your payment method
To change your payment method to either checking account withdrawal or a bill sent directly to your home, please print, complete, sign, and return this form at the address listed at the top of the form. Remember you can keep this coverage until age 70, and there is no premium increase when you leave the National Guard.
