People young and old try to help homeless veterans every day, but one 6-year-old girl in Arizona recently took action in a unique way.
Like many kids, Bella Barton started her own lemonade stand, but she donated every cent of the $90 she earned to her local VA.
She got the idea after hearing about the homeless veterans living in her area, and had a little help from her neighbors.
In all, dozens of people showed up to buy her lemonade over the course of a weekend.
In exchange for the donation, she was given a t-shirt and named an honorary veteran by the VA.
Thanks for watching, and be sure to check in again soon for more news about people who do things big and small to help veterans every day.
