Almonds are chock-full of fiber and healthy monounsaturated fats. In combination, these nutrients will help keep you full and give a steady release of energy without a risk of fatigue later in the day.
Broccoli is another fiber-heavy snack. This green food will fill you up without slowing you down. An added bonus is that broccoli is full of antioxidants, which can help rid your body of free radicals.
