Hi there!

Coming home from deployment or a tour of duty overseas can be difficult for family, friends, and most particularly, servicemembers themselves.

Luckily, there is some great advice about how to make the adjustment.

In this first of four videos, we’ll talk about how going with the flow can make life a lot easier for everyone involved.

Upon returning stateside, servicemembers will notice a lot has changed.

Daily routine is unfamiliar.

Children are used to the non-serving parent calling the shots.

Working with a spouse or partner can prove messy because you don’t quite know how to collaborate yet.

But you will.

It just takes time.

Spend a few weeks taking it easy and getting the lay of the land.

Observe the new rules.

Once you know them, adjusting will be a whole lot easier.
