Welcome back!

As November 11, otherwise known as Veterans’ Day, fast approaches, it is time to consider ways to thank veterans and military members for their service to the country. In Part 1 of this series, we talked about hanging a flag and volunteering at a local veterans hospital to show your thanks to servicemembers. Let’s discuss a few more options.

Most towns host Veterans’ Day parades. By attending one of these events, you could brighten up a veteran’s day.

You can also show your support for servicemembers by donating to an organization that benefits military members and their families. Operation Gratitude has information on a number of organizations that could use your help.

Thank you for tuning in.
